Tom is an experienced engineer and business leader with 20 years in manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial roles. Former Chief Commercial Officer of a VC-backed manufacturing startup where he led a 35-person team, drove 30% growth, multiple product launches, and restructured the organization.
Casey is an accomplished entrepreneur with twenty years of experience in energy, real estate, start-ups, and structured finance. Casey sold EnergyFunders in 2019 to a Public Company. In 2019 he completed a solo acquisition of Double H Services, LLC a $6M EV.
Casey is currently the Managing Partner at Equity Launchpad and is responsible for searching and acquiring solid companies with EBITDA between $2M-$15M.
